Our client, a Cabo-based real estate agent, wanted to consistently attract qualified buyers from the U.S. and Canada but lacked a scalable lead generation system.
She was running Microsoft Ads, but performance was inconsistent — low lead volume, unclear tracking, and no structured optimization strategy. At the same time, she had no presence on Google Ads, meaning she was missing a large share of high-intent buyers actively searching for property in Cabo.
Without a multi-platform strategy, valuable traffic — and potential deals — were being lost.

Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
Once engaged, we conducted a comprehensive audit of her existing Microsoft Ads account. We quickly identified that a significant portion of the budget was being spent on low-intent and loosely targeted searches — meaning ad spend was going toward users who were not serious buyers or not specifically searching for Cabo real estate. This inefficiency was limiting lead volume and driving up cost per acquisition.
Our objective was clear: attract high-intent buyers from the United States and Canada who were actively searching for property in Cabo and position our client directly in front of them at the moment of search.
We restructured the Microsoft Ads account by tightening keyword targeting, refining geographic settings to focus exclusively on U.S. and Canadian markets, improving ad messaging to speak directly to international buyers, and implementing accurate conversion tracking to properly measure performance.
Once the Microsoft campaigns were stabilized and optimized, we expanded into Google Ads to capture significantly more high-intent search traffic. We built a strategically structured campaign targeting the most searched terms related to buying property in Cabo — including luxury homes, beachfront condos, and investment properties. Conservative, data-driven bidding strategies were used to maximize lead volume while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.
After leads registered through the website, we implemented an automated follow-up system that nurtures prospects through email and SMS for up to 12 months. This ensures consistent communication, builds trust over time, and keeps our client top-of-mind throughout the often lengthy international real estate buying process.
